For over three years, I’ve worked as a Supervisor and Associate Director providing team leadership and training for new and ongoing employees. I built a social media training program for DMM and led over 98 internal and client trainings in 2019, totalling over 400 participants. I also created devision wide resources which included templates, best practices, and company guidelines.
Training & Team Leadership
Participated in interviewing, hiring, and training of new members of the team. For over three years, managed a team of five to eight people with up to seven active campaigns at a time. Provided training, guidance, and worked one-on-one to create a growth plan for them and help them work towards their goals.
Divisional Best Practices
Set up division wide Google Drive which contained resources for the divisional best practices. This included gathering company rules and regulations into one location, templatizing campaign docs for each studio, and gathering up best practices across platforms into a single location.
Business Development
Facilitated relationships and business development with multiple high profile clients including capabilities presentations, business lunches, and weekly calls. Acted as the dedicated contact and oversaw all projects coming from Lionsgate, CBS, Focus Features, and Universal.
